Day 1

Arrival in Uganda and City Tour

ENTEBBE -  KAMPALA

 

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, a representative of Toturk Safaris will warmly welcome you and after a short briefing, he will take you for lunch.  Spend the afternoon exploring Kampala and visit the Kingdom of Buganda, Bahai, Kasubi tombs etc then head over to the hotel for relaxation. Dinner and overnight stay in Kampala.

Day 2

Rhino Trekking

KAMPALA- ZIWA- MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK

Have breakfast early in the morning, then drive to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, enjoying the beautiful views along the way. At the sanctuary, take part in an exciting rhino trekking experience, where you will see the endangered white rhinos up close and learn about the important conservation efforts being made to protect and support them.

 

After your visit, continue your journey to Murchison Falls National Park, check into your accommodation to relax and unwind, preparing for the thrilling experiences that lie ahead.

Day 3

Game drive, Boat cruise and Community walk

MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK

Wake up early and go for a savannah morning game drive, spotting elephants, buffalos, lions, leopards, giraffes, and antelopes, Jackson hartebeest. ​

​

After the game drive, go for a boat safari on the legendary Nile River, observing hippos, crocodiles, a variety of water birds and other animals like buffaloes, elephants, Kobs and lions that may come to drink water.

 

Head back to the lodge for lunch and rest and in the evening go for a community walk in Mubaku village.to interact with locals, learn about their crafts, history and customs, and understand their connection to the land and wildlife.​

Day 4

Chimpanzee Trek and Evening Game drive

MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK

In the morning, set out on your chimpanzee trek in Budongo Forest. The trek enables you to watch the chimps in their natural habitat. During the trek look out for black and white colobus monkeys, grey cheeked mangabey, Red tailed monkeys, L’hoest monkeys, Olive baboons and the blue monkeys among others.  After the trek, return to your accommodations for lunch.

​

In the late afternoon, head out for an evening game drive and look out for whatever animals you may have missed on the boat cruise and in the morning game drive.

Day 5

Top of thr Falls and Departure

MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK - ENTEBBE

After breakfast, relax at the lodge, and later drive to the top of the falls. Known as the most powerful waterfall in the entire world expect to be mind blown by the power and beauty of the amazing Murchison falls.

 

Transfer to the airport in time to make your onward connections.
